Spiritual Counselling and Direction

This is a gentle dialogue that explores your questions and obstacles in a friendly and accepting environment.

Any issue, lesson or challenge in our life involves our growth as a spiritual being. Finding the balance between the logical mind and Spirit is essential for our journey into wholeness and happiness.

With 20+ years experience as parish priest and pastor, Deb is affirming of your own unique journey.

She has worked with people struggling with transition, challenging relationships, self-esteem and confidence issues,  sexual orientation questions  and other personal issues.  Your thoughts and feelings can be expressed openly and without fear of judgment or repercussion.

Answers come, clarification and affirmation is received, and next steps are understood. 

Those people who are looking for spiritual direction will find in Deborah a wise and compassionate spiritual director with over twenty years of pastoral experience.

Sessions with Deborah are 60 minutes in length, the fee for which is $100.  Phone sessions are just as effective as meeting in person. To set up an appointment, please call 905-468-9502 or email holyangels@sympatico.ca.

Sessions are pre-paid and pre-booked.  Your payment confirms your appointment time. We can accept VISA and Mastercard payments onsite or over the phone, or payment can also be made via cheque, internet email transfer or Paypal.

Deb and Jean are pleased to announce the Trinity Alignment Process, a synthesis of their combined gifts and skills that offers a life-changing system to break through the blocks and barriers and realign with your true Self and the amazing life you were born to live.

Are you in alignment?

When life goes smoothly, it’s easy to congratulate ourselves that we are on the right path - or are we just taking the easy way out? When the smooth days give way to challenges, as they must of necessity, we often fall into a pattern of self-criticism, second-guessing, and backtracking.

Actually, the determining factor of your life’s success is not how smoothly or easily things are going, nor is it your wealth or vitality. 

Our success in life is determined by how well we remain in alignment with the highest aspect of our very selves. When we are in alignment, the karmic or contracted challenges that present are navigated with peace and grace; the hardships that present in every life are recognized for the gifts they offer.

The Trinity Alignment Process is designed to pinpoint those areas of life in which you have fallen out of alignment and to provide the tools and techniques you need to realign yourself with your highest and best. Follow- up sessions help you learn to spot challenges on the horizon and take the steps you must to handle them with the greatest ease possible.

And, sessions can take place here in Niagara-on-the-Lake or from the comfort of your own chair with a phone session.

The Process:

When you book your appointment, you will receive a questionnaire to complete and return. Don’t worry: you aren’t asked to divulge personal information but only to answer the questions in a general way. Before your session, Deborah and Jean will create holy space and, together, receive and record the impressions and insights they are given.

In your session, these impressions and insights will be shared, along with others that the sacred space of the session will generate. You, Deb and Jean will uncover the issues that need to be addressed and work on them together. When your session ends, you will feel inspired, energized, confident and even eager to set out on your journey of rediscovery.

We are offering the Trinity Alignment Process at the low introductory cost of $100 first session. Thirty minute follow-up sessions are $40.
