Currently a member of the Canadian Forces/Navy stationed in Victoria, BC. I came to the CCCC because I wanted to investigate some alternatives to the dysfunctional RC church. However, because the CCCC is so far away I am thankful for the Holy Angels Online community.

About Me

I'm a person who loves Life, has been battered around in it, and has danced with shining moments in it, too. I've been whitewater rafting on the New River in W. Virginia -- Wow! What an experience -- I've been in a hot air balloon, I've been in a helicopter excursion to fly into the center of the Mt. St. Helen volcano in 1986, I've been to Egypt, Israel, and Finland, and I've also lived in an Iron Lung for six months and tried lying to the doctors to convince them I really COULD breathe -- hey! I was eight years-old and willing to try anything to escape my hospital confinement!

I'm a Mom of two grown children and a grandmother of three children (want to see allllll my pictures?). In my forties, I completed my Bachelor's degree in Religion while running a business, and then went to Seminary. My husband and I have recently celebrated our twenty-fifth anniversary. God has run with, walked with, and sat with me through all my phases -- even led me to the Angel Ladies several years ago, when it was time to expand my awareness again. Now, I have just entered my sixty-fifth year, the US Government has declared me officially OLD and ready for Medicare -- my Body agrees! My health has sunk to new lows where managing a three-hour outing requires two days of long naps to recuperate! Just call me a MINI-party animal! :tongue:

Bottom line: My Spirit is this BIG and my physical ability is this big . . . and now it is time for a nice nap zz zzz zz. I'm looking forward to growing in this new community!
